Orders and Shipping

Most orders ship in just a few days.  Items on back order may take up to 2 weeks, but you will be notified.

Click the “my account” menu and you will have the option of setting up a new account.

When your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  You can also find the information in “my account”

Witztronics.com utilizes 3rd party billing, such as Paypal and Woocommerce.  No credit card information is stored on our website.

Witztronics charges tax according to US tax laws.  In most cases, customers outside of NC are not charged tax.

We ship to most countries. You can verify during the checkout procedure.

We will use the minimum number of packages allowed by the shipping company selected.

We have a 7 day return policy and offer a full 1 year warranty.

We carefully process our orders, but if there is an issue please contact customer service for an RMA number.
